Position: Experienced Legal Assistant / Paralegal
Location: Leesburg, GA


We are currently hiring and accepting resumes for experienced legal assistants or paralegals to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional capable of supporting our attorneys in preparing for trials, managing complex discovery, and providing compassionate service to our clients.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the preparation of legal documents and pleadings for Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, and Criminal Law cases.
  • Managing case files and ensuring all deadlines are met with precision.
  • Conducting factual research and gathering evidence to support our "uncover the truth" approach.
  • Communicating professionally with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
  • Supporting attorneys during all phases of litigation and trial preparation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a legal assistant or paralegal (experience in personal injury or criminal defense is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of Georgia legal procedures and filing requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professional ethics
